The series of ‘Android Mythologies’ questions contemporary conceptions of masculinity, all too often preoccupied with physical attributes, performance, and almost robotic functionality. This series subverts these archetypes, through an almost stenciled anthropomorphism. illustrating the absurdity of gender normativity. ‘Android Mythologies’ reveals such narrow readings of gender and robotic masculinity as just that, a myth.
